HTML Encoding. HTML encoding is a language on the internet that makes up a websites. There is some encoding that you can do like changing the colour of a website, Add text boxes, videos, music players and more. @ msw9dc2009: It is very hard to do. I have been able to change things on websites like google. Some things i did to google is that i changed to colour of it to purple then green, change the name that appears on the tab of it and on the top of the internet browser. it is a hard thing to learn to do, but once you learn it, it makes more sense.
